We offer fast delivery, with most orders arriving within 7 working days. Deliveries to Ireland may take 14 to 20 days. Our courier will contact you 1-2 days before your scheduled delivery to confirm the time slot. Please note that deliveries will be made to the front door for residential addresses, or to the communal door for flats. Additional surcharges apply for specific areas, and deliveries to Ireland will incur an extra charge of £150.
We make returns easy too. You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return, and for mattresses, we accept returns within 14 days due to hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a one-time free replacement. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
